What if it does not fit?

If your item does not fit we are happy to exchange for another size, or something similar.  If you need to exchange it for the same item or a different size send us an email at retrospective@redhotblue.co.za to reserve the item for you.

How do I return my item?

*Because we are in an outlying area, please may we ask that you use Pudo/Courier Guy to deliver as they service our area.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the product is found to be defective based on an error from manufacturing we will cover the shipping cost to return it.

How does an exchange or refund work?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed - less the original postage charges, and within 2-3 days of the returned items reaching our offices.

We issue a store refund in the form of a unique Coupon Code to the full value of the item being returned (excludes shipping costs) that you will be able to use on our web site at any time. Please keep this code safe.

What are the Terms & Conditions of a return?

Our Returns Policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original labels attached. It must also be in the original packaging in which your order was delivered with the original labels attached.

Alternatively, place the items inside a clean plastic bag and seal securely.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

The following items we will unfortunately not accept returns on:

  • Lingerie, Swimwear & hosiery
  • Sunglasses
  • Make-up & Beauty Products
  • Sale items
  • Earrings
