What has changed during COVID19 Lock Down?
During COVID19 lock down we are having to work on operating with minimal staff, and may require a few extra days to get your orders out as we are all working remotely and not at our office/factory every day unless to pack orders. We will try our utmost best to get your orders out timeously.
For the time being we have suspended all items that are made to order as our seamstress is currently working from home and our fabric availability is super limited.
We have also stopped all in-store shopping and currently orders cannot be collected from our offices as all staff are working remotely.
How soon do you send my order?
We normally require 1-3 business days to put your order together, once your item has been sent you will get a notification via email.
Where do you deliver?
Retrospective delivers throughout South Africa and we are now able to ship internationally too.
How much does delivery cost?

Only when you checkout your item you will be able to select your shipping preference, from there the various options will be given. The postage rate is weight based, and is dependent upon the amount and type of items you choose.
International orders are shipped via the SAPO/ standard/air mail postage and DHL Option. For international postage the cost is worked out by weight.
*Please note that we do not cover any extra customs/taxes - that is for your own account.
How long will my order take to arrive?
If you have selected the courier option, Courier is 24-48 hours (after the order confirmation period of 1-3 days). Please note it is 48hours for out lying areas.
International orders: Please remember your little parcel is traveling far and can take anywhere between 12 - 15 working days. Delivery time is also dependent upon your countries individual import/customs policies. It is up to you to follow up with your local post office once it has left South Africa.
How do I track my order?
Orders sent via courier may be tracked via the courier web site we provide you upon final fulfillment of your order, and orders sent via the SAPO, may be tracked HERE
We post all our international parcels either with, or without a tracking number - the choice is yours at checkout. If you would like a tracking number added, there is an additional charge.
Can I collect my order?
If you live in Cape Town or happen to be in the area you are more than welcome to collect your order at our Warehouse. Please select the "Collection in Montague Gardens" option on the checkout page. As soon as our Retro team have packed your order we will send you an email to let you know that it is ready for collection.
Collections may done done Mon- Thursday, 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 3pm from our office in Montague gardens, our address details are here -> HERE <-
