Shipping policy

FULLFILLMENT: We require 1-3 business days to put your order together BEFORE sending out your order. Once your item has been sent you will get a notification via email from our web site with your tracking information.

COSTS: Only when you checkout your item you will be able to select your shipping preference, from there the various options will be given. The postage rate is weight based, and is dependent upon the amount and type of items you choose.

AREAS COVERED: Retrospective delivers throughout South Africa

TAXES/INTERNATIONAL: Please note that we do not cover any extra customs/taxes - that is for your own account.

DELIVERY TIME: Within SA, the courier option, Courier is 48-72 hours (after the order confirmation period of 1-3 days). Please note it is 48-72 hours for out lying areas/outside main city centers.

TRACKING INFORMATION: Orders sent via courier may be tracked via the courier web site we provide you upon final fulfillment of your order.

CAN I COLLECT DIRECTLY? If you live in Swellendam or happen to be in the area you are more than welcome to collect your order at our Warehouse. Please select the "Collection at Swellendam Store" option on the checkout page. As soon as our Retrospective & Co team have packed your order we will send you an email to let you know that it is ready for collection.
